The main goal was to enable and motivate team members to improve – often through leaving their comfort zones – by working together with each other and with the help of the community.

The organizing was always executed in a precise, well-coordinated manner, the activities were diverse and delightful, and afterwards, the participants always said that they proved to be really useful and rewarding.
